Todd Renshaw is a 32-year veteran in public safety leadership. He retired in 2014 as the Director of Public Safety for Frisco, Texas, after serving 19 years as Chief of Police. Renshaw holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas at Dallas and an MS in Criminal Justice Management from Sam Houston State University. His education includes prestigious programs such as the FBI National Academy (208), FBI LEEDS (52), Texas Leadership and Command College (1998), and the Center for Homeland Defense and Security Executive Leaders Program (1102) at the Naval Postgraduate School. He is actively involved in various organizations, including the North Texas Police Chiefs Association, FBI National Academy Associates, and is a Life Member of the Texas Police Chiefs Association, FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Additionally, Renshaw previously served as a Commissioner for the Collin County Sheriff (TX) Civil Service Commission, contributing to fire service management and enhancing leadership resources in his community. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across various divisions, including patrol, criminal investigations, narcotics, and as a school resource officer. Tommy Walters has been a dedicated member of the Wylie Police Department since 1999, currently serving as the Assistant Chief of Police. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across various divisions, including patrol, criminal investigations, narcotics, and as a school resource officer. Passionate about public safety leadership and leadership resources, Tommy has consistently prioritized mentoring others to achieve success, recognizing the critical role that selecting the right individuals plays in accomplishing organizational goals. His commitment to this mission is evident through his oversight of selection processes within his agency and his assistance with promotion processes for neighboring law enforcement agencies. After many years assisting Southwest Leadership Resources and developing an appreciation for the process, he began collaborating with Chief Renshaw to facilitate assessment centers in 2019. Tommy holds an associate degree from Collin College, a bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Ottawa University, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed Master Peace Officer, a certified TCOLE instructor, and a 2007 graduate of the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration’s Management College. Selected to attend the prestigious FBI National Academy in 2025, Tommy is also an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Texas Police Chiefs Association, North Texas Police Chiefs Association, and Beat the Heat, Inc. Beginning as a Volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic with the Frisco Fire Department in 1996, Cameron's commitment to excellence and community safety has defined his career, culminating in his role 

Cameron Kraemer's career in the fire service spans over three decades, marked by leadership, dedication, and innovation in fire service management. Beginning as a Volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic with the Frisco Fire Department in 1996, Cameron's commitment to excellence and community safety has defined his career, culminating in his role as an Assistant Fire Chief and Paramedic. Cameron has served as an Assistant Chief / Paramedic of Emergency Services, leading staff in Operations, EMS, Special Ops, Health & Safety, and Emergency Management. He also served as an Assistant Chief / Paramedic of Support Services, overseeing critical technology solutions, logistics, administration, and fire prevention programs. As a Deputy Chief / Paramedic of Support Services, Cameron led staff in Fire Prevention, Community Education, and Fire Administration, utilizing various leadership resources to enhance the department's effectiveness. He established a Fire Logistics division, ensuring a proactive, efficient workforce. As a Battalion Chief / Paramedic in Operations, he supervised Fire Officers, coordinated special events, and was honored with the Officer of the Year Award. Cameron also served as a Division Chief / Paramedic of Training, implementing advanced certification programs, administering internal promotional assessment processes, and earning the Awards Committee Special Recognition Award. His role was also crucial in reorganizing and supervising Frisco Fire Safety Town operations. Earlier in his career, Cameron served as Captain / Lieutenant - Paramedic, supervising firefighters, coordinating training programs, and enhancing community engagement in public safety leadership. His journey began as an operational Volunteer Firefighter/ EMT, along with organizing fire prevention public education programs before becoming a Paramedic. Cameron also worked with the Carrollton Fire Department (1992-1997) as a Support Services Specialist and Fire Explorer. His educational background includes training at Collin County Community College, Metrocrest Medical Services, Rescue Training Inc, Texas A&M Commerce, and Fire Power Associates. He holds numerous certifications, including Advanced TCFP Firefighter, Paramedic, Instructor II, Fire Officer I-IV, and NIMS 300-400 Instructor. Cameron has attended specialized training programs, including Fire Service Chief Executive Officer (TEEX), National Fire Service Staff and Command (MFRI), and various FEMA and TEEX courses. His dedication to all areas of the fire service highlights his commitment to helping organizations assess, identify, and position the best possible promotional candidates.

Chief Renshaw has been conducting promotional assessments in Texas since 1996, focusing on enhancing public safety management and  leadership. In 2006, he founded Southwest Leadership Resources LLC, which has since specialized in providing leadership resources for police promotional assessments from Corporal to Chief ranks, as well as fire promotional assessments from Engineer to Chief ranks.
